"Worst service experience on online gift hamper shop. I ordered this product from IGP. The product was good, though. But the overall service was pathetic. I wanted this product for an event on 23rd Feb but I received it on 25th. On asking customer care on social media accounts and with a live person, they all kept saying that the product dates you chose were tentative. But when I ordered the product, there was NO MENTION OF TENTATIVE DATE. I wanted quick delivery. If the dates had been tentative, why would I order it. Their Instagram handle was also pathetic. Getting late and unsatisfactory responses. Their Whatsapp support was also unsatisfactory. Asking something and getting in reply another thing (dates tentative, dates tentative, etc.) Now, I have to wait for an event and then gift the hamper on that day. The hamper has eatables and I have no idea for how long will they remain fresh. Never going to order from IGP ever again."

"Extremely pathetic service. Delivered different cake. No replacement. Very poor customer service. Don't get fooled by their app store rating. It's all fabricated. As per customer service person, Their product images are only for representation purpose and product may look different. But delivering different product is something which they did and they are not accepting their mistake. Don't go for this service. Always see the negative comments first instead of the top comments and you'll see the reality."

"I ordered a cake and 4 gifts (total 5 items) from IGP around 9:00 PM to celebrate my wife's birthday. By 10:30 PM, the order was packed and ready for delivery. At 10:45 PM, I received a call from IGP saying one item was unavailable. I asked them to refund just that item, but the representative told me to contact customer service myself. I requested that they handle it internally, but still made the call—only to be met with an automated message saying support is only available during working hours. At 11:30 PM, I got a mail stating the item was missing, to which I replied asking for an alternative. Shockingly, without any further communication or approval from me, they canceled the entire order. This happened at the last minute, ruining the entire birthday celebration for my wife."
